Hello my name is Rosa, I like to think of myself honest, trustworthy, dependable, Sweet, caring and patient. I became a caregiver 6 years ago. I have lots of experience. I love caring for the elderly, not only for the interaction but also the relationships and bonds you build with people and families. You get to learn from the elderly as they have already experienced life ahead of you. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. Flexible with schedule and pay depending on case.

I am a fun, loveble, and caring person. I love to help elderly people that have a hard time doing things on their own. I have a caring heart so helping someone with their needs comes natural to me. I really enjoy cleaning their homes, cooking, organizing their medicine and errands. I am very proud of myself because I have achieved working with over 20 patients at my previously job called Right at Home.

I have a natural and gifted talent taking care of the elderly. I have excellent recommendations and my clients always requested for me to return to care for them. I started by taking care of my maternal grandmother at the age of 20, that was my calling. I have a gift to serve so I join the United States Army. I have CPR, CLS, and training in vital signs, like BP, pulse, temperature and BS readings. I co-owned a live-in Homecare and single handed was responsible for the care of my clients from feeding to housekeeping.

I have been told I have great patience with the elderly. I try to listen to their needs, and answer each question as best as possible. I enjoy helping seniors to remain in their homes and try to be sensitive to their particular disability. I believe elderlies become lonely from their inability to freely move about independently and to socialize with others. This is why I consider companionship to be a very important factor in their well being. Caring for my own mother is what has been my greatest motivation to help other seniors live a quality lifestyle. I find caregiving to be very rewarding when the person I am caring for expresses their appreciation for making their lives a little bit more comfortable. Taking care of my mother when she was discharged from the hospital after suffering a serious viral infection. I played a major role in helping her to recover.

My personality is really loving, I enjoy being the strength for people who need me. Being a mother I have learned many lesson on how to cater to many different needs of others. What attracts me to become a caregiver is it being similar to caring for my own family. I do that very well, and know that I have more to offer. My biggest achievement that is very personal to me is me finishing college and walking across the stage and receiving my degree: I made a huge sacrifice and it was well worth it even when at times I felt it was impossible.

I am such a caring and helpful person. I enjoy helping others because i know how it feels to need help and not be able to get it. The attraction to helping someone who cant help themselves is such a blessing to me. The best part to being a caregiver is being there for the elderly. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that fact that i joined a group called Americorps that gives back to the community

I love care giving because it helps people. You get to be their for others, when they need it the most. I am the type to sit their and knit with my client, read with them or even just do whatever they need done. I am kind, understanding, and I have plenty of patience.

What makes me a good caregiver? My positive attitude and vibe and my kind heart. What made me become a caregiver? I love babies and elderly people. I love to help out older people and help them as much as I can. It's a passion for me!!! It's just some I always like doing it.. My auntie is a elderly lady and I do it all for her bathed her and change her diaper and all. So I know how to get them good and right.

I am a great listener and very compassionate towards people, especially seniors, who are in need. I believe that seniors should be treated with the dignity, respect and honor they deserve. Since a very early age I've always been passionate about serving people. I'm a veteran and have worked for the public sector over 20 years serving our nation. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandmother who inspired me to be the best that I could be. I loved listening to her stories, keeping her company, and helping her out around the house. I especially loved playing checkers and helping her put jigsaw puzzles together. The joy my grandmother brought out of me; I would love to share with others whom I care for. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is bringing a smile to the face of someone who otherwise would not smile; causing them to feel better than they did. Being there when someone needs someone to talk to, listen to, or to engage in a favorite activity with is priceless. I am proud to have served our country for 20 years, inspiring and encouraging all whom I have worked with and encountered along the way.

I have an extensive background in the healthcare industry. If you are seeking someone who is compassionate, has patience, kind, and enjoys serving the elderly, I may be that great fit. I responsible for training many other caregivers in assisted living and home care environments. I have great meal prep, cooking, and housekeeping skills, I respect the rights of others, professional boundaries, confidentiality and the rights of all.

I am a happy and outgoing 20 year old with quite a little bit of experience. I love being a caregiver because I love helping people to be the best person they can be physically, mentally and if there interested spiritually. I first became a caregiver when I was 17 years old for a little boy with developmental disabilities, I still provide care for him now part time. I enjoy spending time with your people and learning about them and there likes and interests. The personal achievement I am most proud about is actually finding a career at such a young age. I love what I do and will continue to assist whenever and wherever I'm needed.

I believe that my most useful qualities in this role is patience and kindness . In my Role as a care giver in home with patients with dementia I was the only one working on my floor . I had one patient who would always ring his bell for me to come help him . But because he lost his memory and have dementia when I came to his room he he'd forgot that he even ring the bell . I always showed him kindness and patience.
