I have been a Certified Nurses Assistant in the memory care unit for several years prior to doing home health. I have great observation and compassion for others. Every individual deserves the best quality of care as some do not have the resources or ability to be 100% independent. Caring for my own mother is what has been my greatest motivation to help other seniors live a quality lifestyle. I find caregiving to be very rewarding when the person I am caring for expresses their appreciation for making their lives a little bit more comfortable. Taking care of my mother when she was discharged from the hospital after suffering a serious viral infection. I played a major role in helping her to recover.

I love care giving because it helps people. You get to be their for others, when they need it the most. I am the type to sit their and knit with my client, read with them or even just do whatever they need done. I am kind, understanding, and I have plenty of patience.

I understand them and their feelings of staying home and feeling that they are still loved by family and friends.
