My grandmother, aunts, cousins, and mother have all worked in the home healthcare field as CNA's. My mother always bonded with her patients, and worked with them for extended periods of time - often until the termination of life. Because I was homeschooled, I too bonded with the patients that were in my mother's care. I was always alongside her as she cared for the loved ones of others. It is for this reason that I am able to say that I've adopted many grandparents within my lifetime. Spending quality time with my mother and her patients while growing up gave me both a respect for the perspective of those with great life experience, and also compassion for them as they experience a different and often challenging phase of their lives. I got my CNA license in 2013, and have been working in the home healthcare field ever since. I enjoy caring for many people. I love learning of each individual's background story. Most importantly, I enjoy giving them peace of mind in knowing that I will always work with the intention of valuing the quality of their lifestyle and preferences.

I'm Myriame and I love traveling I am fluent in French and love life. My motto is if your not gonna do it now don't drag it to forever. I love seniors all together I started as a activity coordinator then I knew by me being to close to seniors I have a love for them that I couldn't seem to let go. My main strength is my ability to observe changes in a patient. Whether it it is, a decrease in eating, agitation or illness, it is very likely that I will notice it. I realized when a family member of mine fell ill, my family and I were often unsure of whether or not she was being taken care of well and ,more often than not, she was not. I want to take that burden from other families. I love learning about the people I care for because it makes my job and their day a lot easier when their day is going a little rough. My proudest personal achievement is definitely when I got accepted into one of the toughest summer programs available to college freshman and sophomores at an ivy league university.
