I'm a good listener, I know a little about a lot of different subjects and things, I'm kind, charming, funny & obviously modest! I took care of my Grandmother's when they were sick and it made me feel good that they were being taken care of & had a companion to talk to.

I am an outgoing and compassionate person who has a soft spot for elderly people. I hadn't thought about being a caregiver until a coworker recently approached me about it and it sound interesting. I like to meet new people and also have a history of volunteering., including Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, and Special Olympics.

I am personally proud that I went back to school to get my Certified Nurse Aide certification as well as my Certified Medication Aide certification. 4. I am a mother of a 14 year old daughter who I love to spend quality time with. We enjoy going shopping, to the movies, camping, and taking walks. Family is the most important thing and I have a big family that I love being a part of.

I am a christian faith based personal care provider. I started my career as an elementary school teacher in Ghana, West Africa from 1984 to 1999. My passion for taking care of the elderly was developed after caring for my mother during her last years on earth. Upon arriving in the United States, I earned certifications in Medication Administration, Nurses Aide, and in Assisted Living Management to validate my experience and make me competitive in the field. My unwavering love for my work has awarded me a great number of clients who have become an important part of my life. My growing list of clients encouraged me to recruit and supervised equally passionate and experienced Nurses Aides to assist me in my work. I am a great caregiver because I love caring for people that are in need of assistance. I was born to be a caregiver, my 1st Christmas present I can remember was a child's medical bag. I was the caregiver for everyone in my home at an early age. What I like about being a caregiver is being there to make the sick feel better and have them look forward to a lovely day. I am very proud of being in the healthcare profession for the past forty-two year, and still loving what I do, after all these years.

I am very diligent when it comes to taking care of the elderly people at home. I work with little or no supervision. I always have passion for caring for the sick even when i was a little girl, this made me pursue my dreams to become a registered nurse in the near future. So far working with the aged have giving me so much joy that the generation to come will learn how to take care for not only their loved ones but other people in the society as well. I'm a caregiver who's been working with the elderly my whole entire life. I have worked in a nursing home with patients in all areas that have needed help from just simply companionship to total care. I'm very dedicated and dependable.

I've been a CNA for 17 yrs and been doing Home Care for on and off for 5 yrs. I become a caregiver because I love being able to help people. I've watched so many elderly people being abused by staff and caregivers that i dedicate myself to doing whatever I can to ensure that my clients are happy healthy and always smiling. I am reliable and on time a majority of the time. I have a 3 yr old and sometimes we run a tad late but will always text or call to inform you if I will be.

I have always been interested in helping others in a one-to-one or small group setting. I was a classroom assistant in a special education classroom when I was in high school. I have been a caregiver for seven years, and in that time, I have found that I am drawn to seniors, enjoying their life stories and appreciating the opportunity to provide a safe, supportive environment for seniors to remain in their home. I have a good sense of humor, and I love to sing and play music. I am compassionate, reliable, respectful, and conscientious. I'm a pretty good story teller. I had learning disabilities in school, so I am especially proud of graduating from community college, after ten years of going to school part-time and working full-time.

I am 19 years old and have been working at my local bowling alley for months realizing it's not really doing anything for me. As i was scrolling through the internet for jobs when i came across a ad needing caregivers. As i read through it i found that it was something i really wanted to do. I'm in school for nursing and dreamed of being a nurse practitioner specializing is mental health. I do not have a CNA certificate but i do have a little bit of experience caregiving. My grandma died last summer due to cancer and other disabilities. Towards the end of her life she lived w me and my family unable to do much. I helped feed her, give her medication, assisted with bathing and hygiene and most importantly companionship. So when i saw these ads i knew I'd genuinely enjoy helping a family help a loved one

I am a mother to four boys, two with special needs. One being completely blind with sever health issues, another having cerebral palsy. I took care of my grandmother as she had dementia and I have previously worked with the elderly aiding in daily needs such as bathing, clothing, meal prep, companionship, administering medication. I really have a large part in my heart for the elderly and special needs.

I love the geriatric population. I have a heart for caregiving, and I give top rate care to my clients. You will not have to worry about your family member, I will take care of them, as if they were my own family member. I enjoy the one on one caregiving, it helps you have the time to really get to know each other. I am currently a Certified Nurse's Assistant, CPR certified, and am in night school to become an RN. I have extensive experience with elder care, and believe that what I do, makes a difference.

This is a time when many of our seniors lose their significant other, have lost friends and realize they are not far from it. Many have loss ability or function in their body and they need that extra care, tender, love, and a companion. No one wants to believe they are not what they use to be, strong, independent and happy, and struggle to admit they are not where they use to be and they need help. I love to be able to be that little light and extra help they can receive. A simple smile can always go a long way. The feeling is rewarding especially when the appreciation goes both ways.

As I am pursuing my career field in the line of work for caretaking, I have always been a very empathetic caretaking person. I do have a lot of patience (as my current and future jobs both call for that) and I tend to always give to others before myself. I do have some adult caretaking experience from when my grandmother was sick due to an infection from an injury and my mother and I were her sole caretakers. I currently have a good amount of knowledge about diabetes type 1 and 2 and have no problem tending to diabetic needs.

I became a caregiver to help elderly with they active daily lives. I like being a caregiver because I love helping others. I enjoyed my job title as a nurse aide. I am proud of completing my training successful to become a CNA. I am intelligence. I love communicating. I am very honest. I love being proud of my accomplishments. I achieve my short -term and long term goals. I have good perfect attendance. I like making to work on time. I manage my time. I am a excited to be a nurse I love helping others.

I took care of my mom for many years since I was a young girl. When I came to the United States I saw the need of care givers with a heart to serve the residents as family. I had been in the medical field for around 14 years. I like take care my patients, residents, and families of my clients as my own. I am very proud that my residents and family were very grateful and some of them keep good memories of being part of their lives. My personal achievement, I had been able to work for many major Hospitals in different states, such as : Illinois, Iowa,and Texas. I am continue my education in the medical field always looking for updates seminars and keep up with technology in the medical field. I am taking my pre-requisites for the Nursing Program right now at ACC Round Rock campus.

Because l am very patient, have great compassion, and treat my clients as if they belong to my family. I am a caregiver who does not let what people say about me affect my performances. Wherever l have worked, they have regrets when l decide to leave, due to my exceptional work

I became a care giver over 30 years ago! I love the elderly and enjoy spending quality time with them, they will not only get great quality work when they hire me, I will also be a friend, companion, trusted confident! my clients love me and it's mutual.
