I have cared for others throughout my adult life. From my oldest child who was born with a number of medical problems, which prompted me to become a Licensed Nurse, to most recently caring for my own ageing parents until that season passed for them- I have always enjoyed improving other's quality of life and found joy in service to others.

I have been a CNA of 21 years now and I am a hard worker who loves helping others. I also have worked in nursing homes and rehabs. I have been working in the home health field for the last 17 years.

I have worked with the elderly since I was 16 roughly on and off. I absolutely love helping others who need it. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is the kind of experience it will give me to use with my future career and helping the elderly be comfortable. I am personally proud of working full time while still having good grades in college.

I am very a compassionate, hard working, honest , responsible, dependable person , I am easy to get along with , I have the personality of the caregiver,I do my best to meet the needs of my clients , I treat my clients with respect and dignity, I have 18 years plus of experience working with seniors, and I have the skill needed to do a very good job , until now all my clients are very satisfacted with my work , and all of them like me and so far I never had a client I didn't liked either . I love my job , it brings me so much satisfaction to be able to help someone who need help and make their life easier and more pleasant, and I will always do my best to take care of my clients with a loving heart. Most family these day are looking for younger caregiver, maybe this is the reason I haven't been hired as a caregiver, but I had noticed that the families are posting here the same job over and over,and I wonder if they ever choose the right caregiver , I wished someone give me the opportunity to offer my services , my experience and my knowledge and am sure they will be pleased with my services . I love taking caring of people who need in help. I care , treat and respect patients like the way I want to be treated. Taking care of my clients by giving them personal care like, bathing , feeding , changing dipper , feeding, transferring them If they are dependent and do everything they want me to do as a family member. Also, call the nurse they are in pain or hurt.

I started taking care of my grandmother then decided to work for home health as caregiver/provider. I find it rewarding helping others to live there life to the fullest. I received my CNA license from Austin Community College in 2003. I was very proud of myself.

RN since 1997. ICU, ER and behavioral health experience. Enrolling in MSN program and thought I'd try private duty nursing. I can communicate with physician to clarify orders or report changes. I can help set up medications, perform injections, provide easy to understand education on disease process, assess for barriers to compliance and provide peace of mind to family members with daily calls and/or text messages. I can attend appointments and in the home will provide exceptional attention to patient and patient environment.

I love to help others and the elderly community, Love to learn from each one and their experiences they have lived thru their lifes. I have met very interesting people at my job, learned a lot from them. I am very down to earth and humble person, I was raised by my grandparents so i learned a lot from them as a kid, love to cook and walks in the park with my dogs. I have two dogs and a bird

I wished to be a nurse when I was very young. Higher education was not my cup of tea. I love my mother and father 93 and almost 99 respectively. I cook great, healthy meals and enjoy seeing my family consume them happily. Taking them to appointments and cleaning are necessary events that benefit everyone. I was an instructor for the Medicare project for over a decade and touched many lives in a positive way.

I am a retired former state employee located in S. Austin. I never saw myself as a caregiver but as life takes its course, I have found that I enjoy being there for others in very delicate times of their life. Giving family members peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are not alone is very rewarding. Over the last 3 years I have taken care of not only immediate family members but also, very close friends. Most recently I have cared for a 92 yr. old friend who unfortunately was debilitated by COVID. Seeing her go from near death to being independent again has brought me such joy . Knowing I contributed to her successful recovery is priceless. I would like to share what I've learned and continue to be there for others.

I am a great caregiver because l treat my clients like they are part of my family, like l would want my loved one to be cared for. My personality is very calm and easy going & l think that helps when l work with my clients & they may be uneasy about something, l can calm them down. I have always wanted to start my own home health agency one day. A personal achievement for me was purchasing my first home in my twenties.

1)Because I used to taking care of my mom and every client I treat them as my own family and I feel like really blessed to help. 2) I feel like that's a gift I had from God I really happy and helping people and see them smiling that's making me so happy 3) this is me sometimes I feel like that's of my own kids does not just my parents and we kind of talk history. I'm very outgoing, dependable, patient and easy to get along person. From a young age I learnt how to take of the elderly since my grandmother lived with us. I am friendly and hard working. I find joy in helping others. I am a good listener and really enjoy hearing about the life experiences of others. My mother was a nurse and worked in many senior living homes when I was a child and I always loved talking with her patients at the home. I had an extremely close relationship with my grandmother and great grandmother before they passed, being there to help them when they needed me most was something I am grateful for.
